"We enjoyed the most perfect stay at this fantastic property in April whilst cycling across France. Firstly, the location was perfect and easily walkable into town. There was also space to securely store our bikes. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning; one of the most beautiful properties we’ve ever had the opportunity to stay in. The room was perfect; clean, comfortable and had so many extras which were hugely appreciated half way though our trip - toiletries, snacks, lovely little luxuries - thank you!! Vincent was a wonderful host and we were so grateful making our visit so perfect 💕 the glass of wine in the bar was an exquisite end to a long day, and the beautiful breakfast got us off to a fantastic start on our onward travels. 1 night in Agen was absolutely not enough - so we will definitely be back and will look forward to staying here again."

"Absolute dump, have to go to different hotel for key. Took one look at room and threw the key in the room without setting foot inside and ran away as fast as possible. CLOSE THIS DUMP DOWN "

"Not as advertised! The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Those are the only good things I can say. I checked in late at night and had to return to reception to ask for towels because there were none at all in the room. Air conditioning did not work and when I went back to reception again and asked for a different room the receptionist told me that no rooms in the entire hotel had functioning air con. It's a budget hotel and I didn't expect luxury but I do expect the room to be as advertised and the lack of air conditioning is unforgivable. I was likewise unimpressed that neither of the two receptionists I spoke to could speak English even though the hotel is advertised to have multilingual staff with English specifically mentioned. It's the false advertising I object to, not the actual absence of language skills. I've complained to Expedia but they tell me if could take months to correct the way the place is advertised."

"Basic clean room. Ideal location. Perhaps some bottled water would be nice. There are tea making facilities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again."
