From an email and also a message in the Hotels.com app about being able to register through the kiosk and also communicate with them via WhatsApp. There was a request to refill the body wash, which was promptly done, although I think it’s meant for couples because we had a place that had two beds. It was very comfortable for three adults to stay in and share one bathroom AC was strong. I really appreciated the complementary bottles...

"10/10! A very clean and comfortable stay. Staff were helpful and replied to messages promptly. The area of the hostel is far enough from city centre to be peaceful and quiet, but also convenient enough to commute to Myeongdong within 40 minutes via train, with bus stops nearby too. There was an airport limousine bus that travels directly to Incheon international airport. Convenient stores were also close to the property. Would recommend to solo travellers!"

"방이 굉장히 컴팩트합니다. 방에 침대, 소파 하나, 화장실 하나 있었습니다. 시설은 전체적으로는 깔끔한 느낌이었는데 테이블 위나 어두운 색 접시나 찻잔 위에 먼지가 너무 잘 보여서 그리 깨끗하게 느껴지지는 않았습니다. 어디선가 유입되는 듯한 담배냄새가 은은히 났고 복도가 좁아 소음(문 여닫는 소리, 말소리 등)이 좀 잘 들렸습니다. 가성비는 괜찮았습니다."
