"We decided we wanted to stay an extra day in Lucca and the host were very kind in helping us extend. At first it looked like we would have to change rooms for the extra night based on availability, but they were able to arrange things to let us stay in the same room which was nice. Its about a 20minute walk from the city, but there is a nice walking/biking path you can take, and the local bus stops right outside the B&B."

"Everything was great! Except our room was in the building next door and you had to unlock the lock all of these: the front door to get in, the next door going up to the room, then the door to the room. Room door did not lock on its own. Key was needed to lock it from the inside. There are only two room in that building. Rooms in the main hotel next probably are not like that. "

"Stayed in the the Junior suit with a balcony and beautiful view. The staff is so friendly and helpful like a big family! Typical Italian rustic style but very charming hotel. Lucca only about 8 minutes away by car. Will come back again! Breakfasts are the same every day which is a bit boring . We would like to have more options like a fruit salad / soft fruit and tomatoes and eggs to choose from. Other than that - lovely place to stay. Thank you all for looking after us . "Very nice property and grounds, breakfast was good, and the addition of a pool was a bonus. It's located about a 20min walk to the Lucca walls, which we easily done every day. Minor issues would be the metal four poster bed take up a little too much space in the rooms, the pool area could be a little cleaner (signs of algae around tiles). One problem which is not associated with the B&B, is the lack of Taxi's in Lucca, we arrived at the train station in the evening, and there were no Taxi's to...

"Enjoyed our stay! Lovely Property, really enjoyed the balcony and location. Everything was nearby. Only Feedback was that the listing stated “upper floors accessible by stairs only,” when it’s really ALL floors, not just the uppers. The reception alone is 2.5 floors up. We were fine with it, but my husband found a guest struggling with her luggage and she slipped down the stairs. Just something to be mindful of!"
