"De accomodatie verzocht een mail ter bevestiging van aankomst. Echter daar werd nooit op gereageerd. Bij aankomst niemand te bereiken telefonisch dus wisten we niet welk appartement we moesten hebben. Gelukkig was er een schilder die ons hielp en belde de eigenaar. Dus..geen instructies voor aankomst of vertrek mbt sleutel. Achteraf bleek de sleutel in de deur te zitten en hebben we bij vertrek de sleutel maar binnen gelegd.
