Great stay!

This hotel was one of our favorite hotels we have stayed at in some time. Very friendly staff and the food here is amazing. They have live music some nights which was also so fun. Very comfortable spacious room with so much closet space. I would definitely come back here.

For us what stood out were the staff, the quality of our room and food. This hotel is perfectly located if you want quiet but dont mind a 5 min walk to the beach or the town. The taxi services are great for further afield areas. Would we come back. Definitely.

What an amazing hotel. Lovely rooms that are meticulously cleaned each day and given the turn-down service at night. Fantastic food, not only the sumptuous breakfast buffet that's included, but also the lunches and dinners a la carte - all served by friendly, smiling staff. Oh and then a cocktail bar with a glorious view to start or end the night. Cannot fault it.

We stayed here for 5 nights in July and it was amazing! The hotel is beautiful, the images online do not do it justice. It is quiet, and even in peak season was not super busy. The staff are lovely, and food and drinks are amazing. We were upgraded which was a suprise and the swim up rooms were incredible. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

The hotel grounds were beautiful and the architecture was impeccable. It captured the energy and essence of a true Greek island. The swim up suite was perfect for our couple getaway. There were 3 areas of improvement that could have made this an 5 star review. 1- the wasp nests that were located on the ceiling of the outdoor seating area for breakfast. (See picture and note) 2- a sewer smell that would come through the room from the drain of the shower. 3- A/C remotes were locked to slowest fan speed making it either really warm or cold in the room.
Breakfast seating area was covered in wasp nests which made eating challenging, dangerous (I’m allergic), and difficult to enjoy your meal.

We showed up to the hotel after 24 hours of travel, we had booked a swim up suite for 4 nights. We arrived and they told us we could not have the room we booked 5 weeks in advance, they gave us an old basement room for our first night. I asked them to return the difference of the room prices to us, and they bluntly said they would not return any money to us. I asked again the next day, they said they would give us a free dinner at their hotel. I said no, I want the value of the room returned, and they said no. Our service was terrible after this the entire time. The servers at the pool bar were very pleasant, the only kindness we received.

I liked the hotel and the layout, the pool area, is very good looking, the average age of the people staying there is probably late 50's to mid 60's so you can be pretty much be assured that you won't get a football or a frisbee flying across the pool area, there is a beach near the hotel where you can watch the sunset called Makris beach. The WiFi in the room was very temperamental, the actual rooms are very very good looking apart from the front door to each room, which is strange, if they were to be changed then that would be a great bonus. George at the bar by the pool is brilliant along with the staff there and the staff at the bar in the front by reception, I can't fault any of the staff and there are too many to mention, but they were all great!

Great hotel with lovely design features. Our initial rooms aircon unit had a fixed temperature so it was like an oven at night. In such hot conditions this wasn’t great - especially when they told us the technician had fixed it and it couldn’t be amended. Only to find out that other guests could control their desired temperature. After 2 nights we had to say something and they changed our room. Everyone comments on the lack of umbrellas by the pool and it’s true - it’s ridiculous and I dont understand why they don’t do anything to resolve it. The only other challenge he is there’s nowhere for guests to shower if you have a late flight. Other than that we had a great stay. Great staff and beautiful views etc
