"I arrived a few hours early, but my room was available immediately. A lovely room with modern bathroom. I was in the single, which served my needs very well. Well heated. No problem with noise. Very close to train station. Godalming is a beautiful town."

"Room was very small and over crowded with two twins and a double. Fire alarm went off at 9am, no apologies or explanation on the reason. When we were finally allowed to return to our room the lifts did not work, when we made it to the room the key card didn’t work so had to go back down to reception. Again no apologies made. "
"We were very comfortable in this hotel. Check-in was friendly, and the room was comfortable with a Tassimo machine providing good coffee. Breakfast menu was excellent and quite extensive in its choice. Village itself was pretty. We ate decent pub grub in the restaurant too. "
