"Worst stay ever — avoid the freeway side! I booked this for a soccer tournament weekend, hoping for a quiet night and a solid breakfast for my daughter. Unfortunately, it was a total fail. Pros: The room was modern and clean, and the staff was nice. Cons: 1. The Sound: The hotel is "freeway adjacent," but the doors and windows don't block any noise. It sounded like we were on the tarmac of an airport all night. There should be a massive warning about the noise levels on the freeway side. 2. Breakfast: Expedia claims this is "Top Rated," but it’s just basic waffles, hard boiled eggs, and cereal. Very disappointing for a "top" rating. 3. Construction: Heavy construction right off the freeway made the parking lot feel very industrial and unsafe for my vehicle. Clean rooms don't matter if you can't sleep. Best Western needs to improve their soundproofing and their breakfast spread. We will not stay here again."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and can confidently say it offers first-class accommodation in every sense. From the moment I arrived, the reception was exceptionally well run efficient, professional, and genuinely welcoming, setting the tone for the entire visit. The accommodation itself was immaculate, with a clear emphasis on both comfort and quality. Every area of the hotel reflected an impressive attention to detail, particularly when it came to maintenance and cleanliness. It’s evident that a great deal of care goes into ensuring everything is kept to the highest standard. What truly stood out, however, was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Everyone I encountered was helpful, approachable, and eager to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. That level of genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, and welcoming place to stay. It exceeded my expectations in every way."

"Hotel is older, in okay condition, no pool or outside area to enjoy. Breakfast area was small and crowded with just a few tables occupied. Our room was adequate but had no bedside tables. There was a couch on one side of the bed and a chair on the other. Room was not well laid out and AC was barely adequate. "
