"Great hotel!"

"Everything overall was great clean property. Good room service. Cookware provided if you want to cook. Common spaces clean and friendly."

"Very friendly attentive staff the hotel was very CLEAN. And very well maintained Stefanie who cleaned our rooms was so nice and did an Excellent job ! Everyone was GREAT the staff really made us feel welcomed !! I highly recommend this hotel it had everything we needed and great air-conditioning stores near by and the beach was close"

"When we arrived they said the room wasn’t ready due to no air conditioning and that it wouldn’t be ready until the next day, and they didn’t have another room. When we asked about our paid reservation, we found out they actually didn’t have our reservation on file even though we paid for 3 nights in full. We were forced to search for another hotel and request a refund later through Expedia. What a terrible experience."

"El hotel es tranquilo y cómodo, el check in fue sencillo, para el precio la ubicación y el hotel están excelentes"

"Got to the place and the host was just contacting through Expedia where I don’t have notifications active instead of email or what’s app or a more mainstream channel, the check in process was so complicated, at first the link wasn’t working, when it was done the host told me it was too late and told me to get lost and find another place to stay, I had to explain I came w my girl and that we had no money left for another hotel and just then she bothered to do something, all she has to do from the...

"Loved it first will be first choice on any trip to Santa Marta great price"

"Great stay."

"The property is beautiful. I stayed in the superior room 3 and it was lovely and very comfortable. LOVED the shower. Breakfast was tasty and they brew good coffee! The staff are overwhelmingly kind and helpful. 10/10 will return for another luscious time staying here"

"I loved the location and installations. Nice house well maintained. The pool was perfect for Santa Marta's heat. The breakfast really good. The only thing I did not like was to have to ring the door and wait until someone opens the door. Sometimes the receptionist is not there and I had to wait for 10 or 15 min under the heat that I'd not nice."

"very good location, close to the main attractions and the beach."
