"The hotel was clean, staff was great, the food was really good, and it wasn’t too crowded. There was never a long wait to eat at any of the restaurants and the food was better than most all inclusive resorts. We will definitely go back."

"check in process horrible. arrived 9am did not get room till 3pm. they never texted me that room was ready I had to go and ask them several times. even though property was not busy. they claimed had to clean the room, does not take 5 hours to clean the room"
