I had multiple emails back and forth with Angelica arranging transportation to and from the airport and requesting a specific room. She always answered promptly and she was able to accommodate all the requests I had. "Excellent location near the marinas and stores. A lot of shopping and good dining venues in the immediate neighborhood. A lot of quiet sitting areas around the property. Super clean. Parking was not quite as advertised they do have it but it’s limited to four spaces. Fortunately, we were able to use it most of the time, But it would be extremely difficult to park otherwise because parking in the immediate neighborhood is extremely restricted. "

"My time-share is always in job condition the front desk staff, Monica of Member Services and the pool staff (Emilio, Gabino and Chema) take care of all of our needs. They keep the building looking great, the vegetation, the DJ at the in-door bar and the live music at 12 Tribes are always a treat. They assign the same housekeeper for the week. This is a smart idea. Betzaida kept our 2 bedroom apartment emmaculate. She even made towel toys for my grandson."

"The property outside was well maintained. The unit we stayed in was very beautiful & it was obvious the staff does a great job keeping the kitchen well stocked with flatware, pots/pans, & several high-end appliances. Having a washer & dryer allowed us to bring carry-on bag for a few days of clothes. We just wash them our stuff using the laundry detergent that;s included. The balcony has a high-end BBQ grill that's east to us along with a large couch & a table to dine while watching the Golf...

"DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! It is closed, and according to shopkeepers nearby has been for some time. I had a confirmed, guaranteed reservation for the night of April 25, 2022 and went there to discover it wasn't open and was boarded up. I couldn't tell if it was closed permanently, temporarily, or perhaps in the process of an extended reservation. But they should be eliminated from taking reservations on Hotels.com"

"Oh this is my fifth year staying at this beautiful garden style hotel, the friendliest staff and feels like you’re going a bit back in time! Trees growing through the lobby beautifully accenting with the common area and the stairwells. New and very comfortable mattresses. Great “AC” and each room has a refrigerator. Actions speak louder than words, there’s a reason I stay here every time I come here to go fishing!"
