"Wonderful stay. A bit of a hiccup at check in, as seems to be usual at Excellence resorts.. We ordered extra wine to be delivered, but it took a walkback to the front desk after 4 calls and 4 hours to get it delivered. Beach was trashed due to seaweed. Pool areas were fantastic! Otherwise, we had outstanding service and an absolutely wonderful time. The food was amazing. Would go back!"

"The staff was awesome...rooms were great. The food was great as well. The beach area was gorgeous. The pools were a little on the small size, but ok. The only recommendation I would make is to have an adults only pool. There is a beautiful kids area which has a pool and waterslides, however it was mostly empty as all of the kids were in the other two pools. "

"The hotel’s Expedia website says the following: Buffet breakfast for a fee USD 18.56 for adults and USD 8.77 for children The hotel nonetheless charged me twice that amount for my family, and refused to refund the difference when I pointed out what the website says. So they’re a bunch of thieves. Avoid this place."
