Staff were great. They held our baggage for us as we were early. Location is walking distance from Universal so we dropped off our luggage and walked across to the theme park. Room was big and spacious for 3 of us.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The entire property was spotless—clean rooms, clean hallways, everything was exceptionally well-maintained. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The bar was reasonably priced, and I really enjoyed the specials they offered. The location is excellent as well—perfect proximity to the beach and close to everything you’d want to explore. Overall, a beautiful hotel with awesome staff and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!
