"Clean room, nice common areas with a bar and cafe. Pretty garden area with Koi pond. Staff were all very friendly. Walking distance to lots of restaurants/bars."
"Overall, the hotel was accommodating and pleasant, but none of the staff seemed particularly engaged or interested in making an effort to be cheerful. The restaurant Smeraldi's did not have appropriate cleanliness standards, and we left mid-meal."
"The Queen Mary is conveniently located to the cruise. You have to be a history buff to truly enjoy the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel offered plenty of options of things to do. We arrived early and they stored our bags until it was time to check in, which they allowed us to check in early. I enjoyed that the Queen Mary has a strict 10:00 pm cutoff policy for noise levels.
The only downfall is you can't control the temperature of your room as my room was extremely cold. I ended up getting extra blankets and a comforter which helped tremendously."
"It’s my third time staying at the Sheraton and the service/stay was great as usual. We came for the Fan Fest held at Universal so it’s close proximity and free shuttle service to the park keeps us coming. The staff is great .Jerry checked me in and was super gracious. Housekeeping incredibly kind. Will definitely stay again."
