"The hotel is very conveniently located at the corner of the marketplace, the center of Heidelberg. It is also right next to the beautiful bridge that pedestrian could walk on and have a great view of the city and the castle. The staff is very friendly and professional and courteous. "I appreciate this hotel every time I stay here. It has a quiet elegance that I enjoy. My room was in the Jagdschloss itself, and it was beautiful and comfortable. The bed was wonderful and I appreciated the selection of pillows. I especially loved the nearby forest and lake, and the walking trails. I plan to return to the Jagdschloss Kranichstein and I recommend it to others. "
