"Room was clean, price was reasonable. Check in is 4:00 pm, I got there at 3:30 pm. Although the room was ready, I was asked did I want to pay extra to check in early. I have never experienced that before if the room is ready. Not a good start to my stay."

"This was a nice hotel with clean rooms but we had a couple of issues with maintenance that were not resolved as quickly as they could have been. The property is not within walking distance of anything as there are no sidewalks so had to drive everywhere."

"I loved the location of this property - it was right where I wanted to be. The property is in decent shape and has been renovated. The breakfast was adequate but not too many choices. The only complaint I had is that there were ants - a couple in my bed and some at the coffee station in the breakfast room. I also had to kill a black spider and something that looked like a silverfish in the bathroom over the course of my 3 night stay. I probably won't book this propert again."

"Room not very clean found two types of bugs in our room. Was told hotel was totally sold out and we couldn’t extend our stay and it wasn’t sold out. Then Expedia said there were rooms but I would have to do a new order and get yet another hotel mandated card hold. The breakfast was also terrible and when your family is facing something terrible, this was the last thing we needed"

People in the lobby during check in were talking about selling drugs and asking people if they wanted drugs. Guy at desk did not acknowledge it. TV and wifi did not work. Also a blanket on the bed had a giant red stain and we folded it and put it in the closet. After checking out we were accused of stealing...

"Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I’m not a picky traveler, but this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we entered, the room had a strong, unbearable odor and clearly had not been properly cleaned. The bathroom had visible dirt and hair, the floors were filthy, and even my child’s feet turned black after walking on them. The toilet barely worked, the sheets and pillows smelled bad, and the room felt damp and unclean. We were also offered another room, but it was in similar...

"The pool was closed, along with the restaurant, which we were not aware of. When we walked the trails to sit at a scenic location, branches and shrubs blocked our view. When we showered, there was half empty bottles of body wash, shampoo and other showering necessities. This was $600 a night. Totally not worth it at this time."
