"Check in process and the room were excellent. Bigger double queen was worth the money. Pool was beautiful (although under renovation). Only problems were many unsupervised preteens, which hotel couldnt help. The resturants and their staff were not great. Great room only had 1/3 of the online menu, so disappointing. Breakfast buffet was worth it, although watch for add on costs. Staff at both were cold and unhelpful: no plates for buffet, not child friendly, cleared table before bring boxes."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally caring, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay as comfortable as possible. They listened carefully to all of our requests and were always happy to help, which made us feel truly welcomed and well looked after. The only minor downside was that the breakfast selection was somewhat limited and could offer a greater variety of dishes. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would gladly recommend this hotel to others."
