"My husband and I stayed for one night at Montauk Blue. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, and stunning view of the ocean. Staff was extremely nice. Didn't swim in the pool, but we wanted to look at the pool room. The pool was extremely clean and inviting. Next time, we will try the jacuzzi. The hotel is a 2 block walk to Main Street. Ate dinner at Shagwong. Everything was great. Will be back."

The front office officers (reception) are not really service minded feeling in my view but it's acceptable as they are not smiling at the time you checked in or checked out or even asking anything.
