"Had a horrible night where I did not feel safe. One incident in the parking lot where they arrested someone and a different incident with rowdy hotel guests that were so loud I got up and told them yo be quiet. After an hour I had to call front desk and complain. The comment I got was welcome to Thursday at the Belmont."

"Clarion hotels are usually good but this one was one step below a long term stay. The pool was dirty, hot tub was dirty and Luke warm, no ice machines working, and refrigerator in room didn't keep drinks cold. Doors slamming all night."

"The room had a bunch of bigs crawling all on floor and desk. I went back to desk and asked the man if he had a different room upstairs. He took the room key amd said he was sold out. I asked for receipt that I would be refunded amd he said the 3rd party I paid will refund and he wouldnt fight it. Well, he didnt answer the phone to tell I turned the key in and didnt stay for my refund...bad experience."

"Check-in staff was difficult to understand. I had pre- booked and paid on Expedia, so check-in should have been quicker.
TV remote in room didn't work very well, possibly low battery. Otherwise, room was clean and up to date.
One quirk, was a small gift bag marked "Tips" on the dresser."
