"The room was old and unclean. Hair on the floor, a mouldy rubber bath mat and the bathroom cupboard wouldn't open. I had to use my comb to push it open to get to the hair dryer. "

"Outdoor pool is not heated"

"B'fast was nothing special and same menu for 4 consecutive days. Coffee machine was out of order. B'fast area tends to be very crowded but we had no choice. Definitely will tsje the no B'fast option next time. Cleanliness if the B'fast area requires improvement. Noticed that the cleaning staff lacked professionalism with basic cleaning services. Location of the hotel is a plus. "
