I stayed in a studio apartment at Quest Penrith for three nights. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. At the front desk, the staff were friendly and professional. Special thanks to a housekeeping leader who introduced me to the night shift doctor when I was feeling unwell, which saved me from using the AC. I did not take a car or use a parking lot.

I had Hamza as a receptionist. He was amazing. He was very nice and genuine. It felt like I wasn’t talking to a robot and I was talking to somebody that cared about his job. He made this process very easy. I would rate service 5 out of 5 ! But I would rate my visit 3 out of 5 just due to the uncomfortable bed and pillows. Absolutely nothing to do with the service I got from the employees !! I cannot appreciate them enough quest Penrith should be really fortunate for the employees they have. Really made me smile
