The service was fabulous. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and solve every problem or request. The hotel has an old world ambience that is very courtly, if one is looking for that experience. Very quiet, safe and easy walking to the main attractions near the Thames. Lovely weekend stay for my husband and me. Our room was small but given it is in central London, not surprising. It was well appointed including coffee and tea supplies and nice toiletries. Location is perfect - very close to Buckingham Palace but on a quieter street so the sidewalks weren't crazy busy and we didn't notice any noise. Service was top notch and we felt well cared for.
