"We were checked in early & upgraded which was a nice surprise. Room very clean, tea, coffee machine, reusable water bottles & gorgeous bar of chocolate all top notch. They’d stay with this hotel, highly recommend it."

"The door had little soundproofing. My room was across from some kind of club room, staff were clanking bottles and what sounded like power washing tubs or buckets from 10 to 11pm. Not great for a 4am wake up."

"I was near a fire door, that was opening and closing during the night that was very loud. Like metal scraping against metal. Also during the night there was an awful howling/squealing sound coming from the bathroom. Was the shower piping. Had to close bathroom door to muffle, went on for about 20 minutes."
