The staff was great. Housekeeping noticed that I really needed a new pillow and left one for me while I was out. The food and beer selection was amazing!
Staff were awesome and were able to help me with anything and answer my questions in regards to transportation so I can get to where I need to easily. The bathrooms weren’t always very clean, the luggage storage room was sort of a dump. The beds were nice and the people I shared the room with were pretty chill too.

Liked: Property conditions & facilities
Standard hostel: foam mattress, a cage so I can lock my belongings away and not much space to move. I was attended to quickly though and staff seemed helpful. There were lots of signs up about a mouse sighting in the hostel!
There were not enough bathrooms, there were only two on our floor and both contained the toilet, sink and shower. So the floor was very wet and people had to wait to use it in the morning.
The only good thing about this place is the kindness of the staff. The bunks are so close together, I felt like everyone was breathing on each other. Additionally, the bathrooms were utterly disgusting. There is no curtain on the bunks too, so it is extra uncomfortable. Again, the staff was lovely. But the place itself was very disappointing
I have never stayed in a dirtier place like this! The rooms were super smelly and the toilets were horrendous, no toilet paper and dirt everywhere!! The area was also super unsafe. Drunks everywhere. Especially this hostel has a bar downstairs that gets super noisy all night and you can hear people from the rooms since you have to have a window open since the room smelled like socks!
My experience at this property was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. The staff were attentive, friendly, and genuinely committed to making my stay comfortable. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared, which immediately set a high standard.
What really stood out was the atmosphere—it felt safe, quiet, and perfectly located for exploring the area. Dining and transport options were close by, making it both convenient and enjoyable. The property itself was well-kept, with facilities that exceeded expectations.
I especially appreciated the small touches: clear communication, a sense of care in every detail, and a team that clearly takes pride in their work. This wasn’t just a place to stay—it felt like a home base where everything was easy, smooth, and stress-free.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a reliable, welcoming, and memorable stay. I’ll definitely be returning.”
This is a great place to stay in London as it’s right by everything you can ask for! Staff were friendly and helpful and the pub downstairs was delicious and open late.
Food was delicious, environment felt safe, customer service was on point. The only bad thing is climbing up and down the stairs with my suitcase, but other than that I really enjoyed my staying!
I would stay here anytime.
Simple, clean bunk accommodations. Well-laid out rooms. Excellent kitchen and bar. Very inviting. Convenient walk from London Bridge and close to a little pocket park.
Staff were great to deal with an friendly. Good location and fairly central to everything. I was able to walk to most attractions around within an hour with no stress!
Reliable place to stop when passing through London alone.
beds (in bunks) are carefully made up and perfectly clean
other guests were respectful when I was there
Shared, private bathrooms are set up well and the staff is responsive.
