The room was very basic and cleaned each morning as was the bathroom, which I found to be brilliantly clean. The continental breakfast was fine and was what I expected. Hotel is located a few minutes walk away from Kensington Gardens which I found convenient as the weather was so warm, so I was able to spend a few afternoons there enjoying the sunshine.

Very clean room & bathroom & great free coffee, tea, hot chocolate & drinking water facilities in the dining area near reception. The only issue was with the beds in our room (204) that were very creaky to sleep in. Would definitely stay again though but would ask for a different room.

I only stayed for one night, the staff was friendly, the location of the hotel is good. Room was very small and smelled a bit funny but clean enough and all together alright for London standard. The bed was worn down and not very comfortable, the bathroom was modern and clean with a good shower.

We were in a basement room with no window, which was a surprise to us. The room was cleaned quite late in the day and poorly done. We found hair that didn’t belong to us on a clean towel and there were coffee stains on the wall. However, it is a convenient location and fairly priced.

AC was a godsend. Room was well-kept and sheets were comfortable. The hallways were a bit difficult to navigate and the beds were quite close together. Very creaky floors.

We had a great stay on a Sunday night, room was spacious and clean, and had a nice large shower too. Air conditioning was good and kept the room cool so did do the job unlike some hotels we've stayed in in the past. We didn't hear any noise from other rooms but I don't know how busy it was when we visited.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely little hotel. It’s in a wonderful location, the room was well-appointed and seemed new, and it was great to have someone at the desk 24/7. Very good value for the money. We initially had problems with the AC but, thanks to chatGPT, discovered that the thermostat was set to a power saving mode. Once we follow ChatGPT’s instructions, the AC worked great. We definitely hope to return.

Nice small hotel. The location is perfect. The room was always missing things like Kleenex, coffee and we have to asked every day. Also the window was broken and bedding a little too soft but ok. The price versus quality is very good and staff very polite and were responding right away to all the missing objects in our room.
