I've returned to Numa because I love this location and the amenities. It's clean, comfortable, and the gathering room on the lower level is very nice to work or have a meal.

Overall this is a great spot. Nice staff, convenient location, and honestly it was easy to manage even without a traditional front desk. My only negative is about the room. It was nothing like the photos and being on the basement floor isn’t great.

Great room size with air conditioning and large bathroom. We loved the neighborhood, with a short walk to the South Kensington metro station as well as many great restaurants. It would have been nice to have access to a microwave oven.

Location is perfect for Kensington/Chelsea and beyond with nearby transport links. Property is clean, bed very comfortable and room is quiet and cool… great for sleeping ans recharging!

Overall, a good hotel. Centrally located within 15 minutes of the natural history museum hotel itself was well cleaned rooms were very nice with a nice bathroom. They have lounge areas on the first floor and lockers for bags which made it really convenient.

Although the room was different than the one in the photo which I received, I was still pleased with the stay. It was very clean and the room was already nice and cool. Check-in was very easy. Check-out was as well, although, getting into the app did not always work after check-out. Still trying to retrieve my receipt. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great property in the middle of Chelsea near all kinds of things and transportation. Great service even without a concierge at a desk. I had early check in but I did have to leave the first room because it was not a nice room. It was clean but awkward and the window opened to a half-underground cleaning/machine situation, window didn’t lock, bathroom tiles coming off, etc. anyway I contacted Numa on WhatsApp and they resolved it immediately, moved me to a good room. Great stay from that point on.

Location was perfect for my plans, close to shops, bars, restaurants and South Ken for transport. Hotel and surroundings were extremely quiet which was appreciated. Room was a little warm on arrival, but quiet locale meant I could open windows and enjoy fresh air without any noise.

Great base for our work in the Kensington/Knightsbridge area. Comfortable bed and clean and spacious room and appreciated the bath after a long day. We've stayed in other Numa properties and like the brand, it's always a good choice. A bit of a walk from the nearest tube but was fine for us - made the cost of a three night trip very reasonable
