Some improvements but good place

The communication was a bit back and forth with the owner of this property. I think one simple email with instructions would have been better and saved time on both ends. The caravan was clean, although a bit of a damp smell which i guess is expected, the boiler didn't generate warm water kept having to press a button to get it warm. The bedding sheets had a bit of an odour and could do with an upgrade. But overall, the caravan was clean on arrival, presented well and in a good location as well.
