The staff were pleasant, the room comfortable if dated. Good location. There were some blue lights built into the ceiling which I couldn’t turn off and these disturbed my sleep. Dusty in places which makes me think about the cleanliness albeit nothing was dirty

All in all an OK hotel Restaurant was closed on arrival so had to go out for food Breakfast in the morning however was very good

Good London Location

Booked last minute due to cancellation. Comfortable bed and quiet room on level 5 at the back. Very convenient location. Very friendly service from Begum at the front desk on check in.

The reception staff were friendly and approachable. The hotel and room were clean and well maintained. Did not eat at the restaurant as it never seemed to be open and reception staff did not know its opening times.

Pretty good mid range London hotel

Well positioned hotel surrounded by restaurants and tourist areas. Rooms are small as most London. Staff is a team and all good. Hotel is going to be modified to better integrate reception and restaurant- very much needed. Reasonable value in very expensive city.

Staff really helpful. Room was compact but fine for what we needed. The bed so comfy. Id say only doen us only two sachets of milk which is no where near enough for two people. We overlooked main road so very noisy traffic right through night
