"A fantastic hotel with some great views and superb staff. Exterior looks dated but inside was lovely. Check in was quick and had such a warm welcome. Runway views are amazing and handy bus stop right outside. Only downside was the 1 poor.staff member serving in the restaurant. Took a while to place an order but she was running around so not her fault. Stayed here before and will def be back."

"Room was dated, bed moved apart as soon as you sat on it. Although booked for 3 people we only had towels coffee etc for two. For the price we paid I thought it was not to the standard the price warranted."

"Room smelled like sewage. Otherwise, it did the job it needed to do. I wouldn't stay here more than a night or two."

"All I need was a clean room with Wifi, bed and shower As well as breakfast. With an early flight out of Heathrow the next morning I did not need anything fancy. The hotel is ideally situated a few minutes walk, via covered walkway, from Terminal 4 with easy access to other terminals via the underground. The room was minimalist but clean with all the facilities I needed. Breakfast was good with friendly and helpful staff."

"Very basic hotel - small rooms, few amenities, for example no fridge, no tissues, etc Breakfast was a hot and cold buffet but a very basic one. "

"This hotel was amazing. It is one of the best, if not the best, hotel Ihave stayed in. The ambiance was warm and inviting. The doorman was great and very helpful with directions and information on local places to eat and visit. The staff in general were all very pleasant and always glad to help. The breakfast was amazing too. I highly recommend this hotel for any stay in London."

"This hotel gets a lot of mixed reviews, but honestly I think it was really good. I love the room concept-what a waste of space the traditional hallway is in a hotel room?? The small-ish bedroom is a real cosy boudoir and I had the best sleep-the slidy door from the bathroom to bedroom really made it quiet. Yes the corridors are dark, but it’s mean, moody and trendy. The service at front desk was exemplary but the reason for the dropped star is due to breakfast-limited selection and everything hot tasted very salty. All in all, a very good hotel, I’d stay again but have breakfast elsewhere en route."
