Great budget hotel with in a short walk to the 02 and other amenities. Clean room courteous staff lovely breakfast. Have a concert to go to this is the place for a 1 night stay.

Great base for night out at the O2 arena, friendly staff and nice clean rooms with air con or if required plug in heaters. Breakfast was as good as any Holiday Inn I've been to which is why I return to them time and time again.

Nice clean room, a little cramped, didn’t realise we were in an accessible room. The bathroom was a wet room based unit. There was little space to put toiletries or makeup products. Lighting was poor for putting makeup on, and a mirror over the desk area would have been better.

A great overnight stay

My husband and I had a lovely stay, the bed was comfy and the room was quiet. We had a drink at the bar in the evening and the breakfast in the morning was delicious with plenty of seating. Perfect if visiting the o2 as only a 20 minute walk

Great stay for our one night trip to London. Excellent location (walking distance) from hotel to O2 arena. Check-in and check-out both seamless and all hotel staff professional and polite. A particular mention regarding breakfast which provided excellent choices of hot or cold buffet style. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and staff were helpful. There was a long queue to check in and only one member of staff on reception. The pillows were old and required replacing. The room was noisy - adjoining internal door meant we could hear everything our neighbours said. There was also a weird noisy possibility plumbing related which kept us awake.
