Staff was very friendly, location was very convenient, room had air-conditioner, they offer complimentary coffee and croissants. I just wished they have ice machine, it would be very helpful to cool drinks, especially in summer.

Very good situation

Hôtel in a very clean, calm, well situated neighborhood. In the hôtel the desk people are very kind and helpful 24/7. Their hot chocolat is very good. The quality price report is good. The style is spartiate, the cleaning is ok. The bed is very confortable.

This property was centrally located near many great dining options and the Earl’s Court tube station. The property was undergoing renovations during our stay and I imagine it’ll be a great upgrade to the building once completed. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting London. The proprietor was exceptionally welcoming and helpful as was the staff.

Very small bathroom. Couldn't sit on the toilet without hitting the sink. Couldn't wash properly cause the shower was so small. The Ac leaked water on my luggage and the bed was a 2 inch mattress and a wood frame. Only good thing was I need an extra night and they gave me a discount on a better room

Somewhat disappointing hotel room in Earls Court a

Very small rooms was problematic. Broken AC and bathroom switch was broken. One staff member was extremely helpful, and moved us to a room with working AC on day 3 ( of 4) , but room size remained a problem. Price was extremely reasonable for London , but accommodation limits would make me hesitate to return

Stay away from this Egyptian guys they play you up

The room was not so clean and bath and toilet is just 1m2 stick to the bedside You can smell everything inside the room.

Will not stay here again room is small not clean dust next to the bed found a dirty tissue on the floor fire alarm kept going off in the morning disturbing my sleep housekeeping just entered the room while im asleep there was no water or shower for a good couple hours because they was fixing it even though said it would be half an hour overall would never stay here again
