I had an excellent experience during my stay. The staff were genuinely wonderful — warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the whole visit feel effortless. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained, offering everything I needed to relax. The amenities were great too, from the convenient on-site facilities to the thoughtful little touches throughout the hotel. This hotel was very nice! It was well located in a nice area with a lot of restaurants and bars. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and an underground station is also a 10 minute walk away. The room was very spacious and clean! I highly recommend staying there!

Great location in Shoreditch, close to transport links, opposite The Bike Shed which was great for food, particularly breakfast. Hotel is well looked after and the room was clean, quiet, and relatively large.

The location was perfect for us for our weekend in London, with loads of lovely restaurants and breakfast cafes nearby, and excellent transport links to central. We didn't have time to make the most of the hotel's facilities, but hope we can come back to do so in the future as the breakfast and pool/ sauna looked amazing.

We had a lovely stay here. We arrived early and hoped to drop our bags in and then come later to check in but Jas offered us a complimentary early check in. The hotel was very clean and tidy, staff helpful and welcoming and it was so quiet! We’ve stayed in London a number of times in various locations and this was one of the largest rooms we’ve stayed in and both quiet in terms of traffic noise and generally on the hotel. This was a lovely surprise when we had visited the weekend before Xmas. The pool and spa facilities were a nice extra to have which we used. Loved that the room had a little fridge which was helpful as we much prefer to buy proper milk for tea and coffee and so this was handy. Thanks for a lovely stay, would recommend. Didn’t have time to use the bowling, cinema or bar/restaurant.

Great location in Shoreditch but signs of wear and a bit dated. Service was professional and helpful but missing out on warm and welcoming. The vibe of the hotel is a bit odd. When the hotel opened breakfast was made to order and fantastic. Now a small sad buffé. After the first morning we went elsewhere for breakfast. Rooms are spacious with aircon and well heated though and beds are comfortable and we slept great.
