The staff were very friendly and accompanying. The buffet breakfast more than you could ask for. Good variety lovely atmosphere and excellent coffee. Location was amazing. Located between 2 busier retail streets full oh restaurant and shops. To the Portobello Market was only a 10 minute walk and it was visual overload. Another 15 minute walk to Hyde Park to see so much. A real joy to spend time at this hotel. Highly recommend it.

The only thing wrong for me was that I have bad knees and I request first floor but not knowing that in England first floor is the second floor there and I have to go upstairs in order to go to my room they do not have elevator. but I manage to give me a break before going in the second stairs. Other then that the service was AWESOME.

Lovely staff, I arrived early having booked a single room and they upgraded me to a double for free as they had it ready. Breakfast was standard continental. Only thing really was the room was very cold at night, seemed like very old windows

The hotel smells. The desk staff is disinterested at best. The front door is supposed to be unlocked until 11, was locked at 10:30. Front door supposed to be open by 7, was locked at 8:30. They don’t answer their WhatsApp calls. The breakfast was… edible I guess. It was just clean enough to justify not looking for a different place to stay for one night. Location is good.

Great Notting Hill hotel

This hotel is located in a beautiful neighborhood in the Notting Hill area. Front desk was wonderful & let us check in early & was always responsive to any questions. It is easy to get to the Underground which makes traveling in London a breeze. Great experience & I would stay there again.

With very little effort small annoying errors could be fixed: dripping faucets, dead lamps, add bedside lamps, fix sealing lights and non functional roomsafe. Otherwise ok staff but lack of genuine interest in guests which perhaps can be expect for the type of guesthouse. Otherwise convenient close to underground or Kensington park.

The location was great! Felt very safe walking around as a female traveler, (the neighborhood is beautiful) and it was quite close to the metro station. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and overall nice. We stayed in the triple room and the pull out bed was actually very comfortable. Would stay here again in a future visit to London for sure!
