Zedwell Piccadilly Circus
Kept awake by maintenance hammering in the room above us to 11pm then woken up again to the sound of hammering and power tools at 8am in the morning. Room was not soundproof as we could hear people arguing in the room beside us. Hallway carpets covered in stains.

The Marble Arch Hotel, by Thistle
Great location - near shopping, Hyde park and Marble Arch. Close to public transportation and there were black cabs at the door almost every time we left. Nice room for the 3 of us we had Executive suite. Staff was wonderful.
