"The receptionist name "Aylin" very very kind and helpful. She is a first impression for the first day of my UK trips. The room is very clean , good bathtub , big ben view in my room so good (Room type : Suite with bigben view). If you need anyhelp or anything i phone called and all of the staff help a lot. I recommend you to stay here. Hope to meet them again!"

"Me and my 12 year old daughter had the best time here. We stayed for 4 nights, it was safe, quiet , super peaceful to sleep. The hotel was full , as we saw other guests at breakfast. But when we were in our room it was very quiet, we had a best nights sleep. Beds and bedding were super comfy. The room was clean, cool, good air conditioning. Was in the middle of a heat wave, so this was important to have air conditioning. We had a lovely lady Monica , clean our room every day, clean towels, was...
