Hotel booked due to location to Wembley Stadium with car parking. The hotel reception was straightforward check in. The room however was outdated, worn but clean. Breakfast was a mix of help yourself continental food & cooked to order food which unfortunately was poor due to language issues rather than the food. Even after several attempts i didn't get what i ordered. The bar closed early but there is a shop opposite. Car parking is not included in the cost & is an additional £30per night & must be reserved.

Hotel was advertised as parking available but when booked advised only limited spaces and no room for our car. It was prepayment so I'd already committed. Was advised car parking £25 at holiday inn across the road but had to pay £40 as up to 24 hrs £15 but got charged £25 extra for match day parking. Bit wrong that this was not explained when booking or before parking. The air conditioning in room 103 didn't work, room was extremely hot a fan was never delivered having requested one. Remote didn't work but staff rectified for us. Other than the above pleasant stay, central to wembley stadium, easy to find and staff were great. Special mention to the gent behind the bar that made my hubby a brew although the machine was out of order, he used a kettle. Thank you

Staff and management are horrible. They don’t care about their guests and don’t help if any problems arise. My heating in the room was not working and they just brushed me off. Called the manager and complained numerous times and he gave me false promises. He was just trying to get me off the phone.

I feel the property is a little run down and over priced, it's in an ideal location to Wembley Stadium. The English breakfast was poor, it all seemed to have been deep fried and basic. The room was okay, dated, plug didn't work in the bath and not much point in having a TV in the bathroom when it doesn't work, not really needed
