"Hot tub was out of service. They stated that the fireplace would be lit at 7 pm every night, but it never was. The bathroom tub was completely clogged. Pillows were paper thin, beds were uncomfy. "The room was okay and spacious. The check-in was confusing. We had to call to ask for a key to get in, soap, and the WiFi password. There were none of the usual amenities (ice, help at the front desk,etc). There was a bit of a language barrier. The sofa was torn and soiled. All-in-all it was ok."
