They offered suggestions on attractions and eating places, took us to the room personally, and allowed us to leave our luggage in the office for a while before we transferred to an airport hotel for an early morning flight the next day. The hotel was once a real palace, and the room was gorgeous! And the air conditioning worked great, with the weather turning hot."

While everyone else was queuing for taxis at the airport, I was in a very spacious, quiet, clean and modern bedroom. They also provided a very good breakfast. The staff are so friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend."

"This hotel is convenient. It is on the edge of the historic area, less than a 10-minute walk from the Lindwurmbrunnen Square. Also, it is about a 10-15 minute walk from the Hbf train station. Unless you have superheavy luggage, you don't need public transport. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Klagenfurt."
