The bed was very comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious with a lot of choice. The coffee was excellent. Overall we had a great week end stay. The Manorhaus is only minutes walking into the centre where there are several excellent eateries/restaurants"

We ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and both were delicious! Service in the bar was super friendly and the cocktails were very tasty! The only thing I would say is that the soundproofing between our room and the bar wasn’t great, so we could hear everything. "Had a really pleasant stay at Gwydyr Hotel. The hotel is charming, well-maintained, and very comfortable, with spotless rooms and a cosy atmosphere. Service was warm and attentive, and breakfast was delicious. Just a small note that there’s no lift, but staff were helpful and everything else more than made up for it. Would happily stay again and recommend it."

"Beautiful, comfortable property in a great, secluded location at the bottom of a valley. Everything we needed was there, and the hosts were waiting with the keys to give us the tour. Dog friendly, but be aware that the garden is not fully fenced off from the fields and sheep roam through it regularly. I can see how the track to the house could be challenging in winter, but it was no problem in a rear-wheel drive coupe in summer, even in the rain."
