"Overall great. Just a few issues with service especially when you arrive to check in, and all you want to do is get it done efficiently with your family in tow. So when a guest arrives, please great them. Don’t wait for them to wonder what to do next; so I guessed that the newly installed tablet maybe for me to you use, considering I had been ignored. (No other guests). Standing, there, knowing I am there, not acknowledging or asking if I need any assistance. Not a good look. Otherwise one...

"Lovely property with very friendly and helpful staff. Big relaxing and inviting bar area. The pool area was ok, the hot tub was warm not hot but still relaxing after a long hike. Not a place where you can rest on lounge chairs but if you wanted to swim, sauna, steam room then perfect. Stayed in a lodge room which was the best choice, very quiet and view to greenery and trees. Room and bathroom very spacious. Highly recommend."

"this was a wonderful saty. We were a family of 16. Occupying 5 rooms. Service was great. Staff were great. Pool steam and sauana super clean. Hotel rooms a little dated but did the job. We had a blast "

"We had a lovely break with our 2 grandsons. The family room was amazing, with a separate twin bedded room for the boys. Both rooms had en suite facilities too. The pool area is lovely, and the location is perfect for the beach. "

"Staff are wonderful. The hotel is 5 minutes walk into town. The room was extremely hot, window only opened slightly, no A/C The bar could do with more ambience, felt a bit like an airport lounge. Maybe dim the lights, a few plants and put candles on tables. Really annoying having to pay for parking £28 for two nights, however that seems to be most English hotels in towns. Overall I would go back."
