"Reception opened abit later then 3pm, Another gest rang them. The gentleman recommended a restaurant, it was outstanding food 👌. Room was lovely and clean. The breakfast was okay, could of had a toaster. Overall happy."

"We stayed here one night as a last minute getaway from the heat back home . The property was spotless and everything was so thoughtful , so many personal touches showing the care they take with their guests . They went above and beyond when I had an issue with my car charging and drove me all the way to it, which would have cost £50 in a taxi. My children loved the animals on site and the owners were very patient answering all their questions ! Thank you so much for your kindness !"

Hotel felt tired ,lacking attention to detail ie curtain rail was falling of the wall and soap dispenser over sink did not work . Overall OK for one night but we wouldn’t want to stay any longer ."

After a while they reached her by phone and she would be there in 15 minutes, and was told to take our orders and I paid for two 'specials'. "Very friendly staff. Our room was in the main building up more stairs from the entrance. We were on the top floor. He took my suitcase and carried it up 4 flights of stairs. "This is a great little family-run place, super central to the train station and ferry port. The family who owns it also cooks up Vietnamese dinners, and honestly, it was the best Vietnamese food we've ever tasted. Highly recommend a stay here!"

"Be careful if booking on Expedia! It clearly states a double room can sleep 3, when actually it’s just 2! I booked thinking there must be a pull out bed but unfortunately there isn’t. Luckily there were only 2 of us but we did want separate beds. Other than that, one of the most clean and well presented rooms I’ve seen. Very friendly staff."
