Really comfortable and spacious bang in the centre of Liverpool. Quiet despite being next to a lively bar. I’d suggest provision of a microwaveable bowl and a cafetière would be helpful for breakfast.

Lovely little apartment for mid-week work trip. Nicely decorated with everything you needed for a comfortable stay! Large shower with lovely hot water and good pressure. A decent sized kitchen with all the bits and bobs you need, including dishwasher and washing machine. Bed was also really comfortable and the bedding felt soft and luxurious. Easy to find and clear and simple instructions from the property. We were worried it may be a little loud at night due to the location but we had no issues mid-week.

Great location, spacious with modern amenities. Clean but not top notch, cobwebs seen at some corners. Low hanging bulb in apartment 25 over the dinning table need changing. I hit my head against it on multiple occasions. Overall, it was a good facility

Good value with modern decor.

First time using this apart hotel. Communication regarding entry was good and received on time although we did enter the wrong apartment block initially as there are two buildings next to each other. Thankfully we weren’t staying in the first one as there was no lift but there was in ours. Apartment was spacious and modern. Walk in shower was lovely. My only negative comment would be that if you are going to charge people a security deposit then fix the damage caused by others. There was a hole in the wall in the living room that should be repaired and generally the walls needed a fresh coat of paint. Other than that the apartment was clean and tidy. There is a car park next door so easy to unload your bags although others in the area are cheaper. Not too far from most of the nightlife and shops but apartment was quiet.
