"Breakfast was delicious but expensive if you wanted to eat lightly. Room was very "smart" - all lights, etc. controlled via a tablet with lots of very cool options. . Could be confusing for non-user. Terrific view from a riverview room. Staff very nice and very helpful. Incredibly modern facility with great restaurant and top story bar. "

"DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL Awful hotel, Awful experience The images on the website are a lie and the hotel DOES NOT look like this. The rooms are completely run down, Basic to none amenities in the room Rooms are old dirty and dated Housing keeping does not come daily to change towels Staff unhelpful Homeless people sleeping outside the steps of hotel. This is known to be the worst hotels in Liverpool by the taxi drivers"
