"Pillows were a tad uncomfortable but the Hotel was fantastic. Our room was huge and very comfortable indeed. Excellent staff. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Liverpool. (Everton were playing on the Tuesday night, ALL the roads were closed and it was difficult to get back to the hotel after a day out at Albert Dock) "

"Stayed here for a second time and it’s a lovely hotel. Room was quiet. Stayed in the small double which was perfect for one person for a few nights. Bed was very comfy and cosy. Bathroom and shower were great too. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again if in Liverpool for it being a lovely hotel and in a great location. This hotel doesn’t serve breakfast which didn’t bother me anyway."

"Easy walk to all of the attractions and shops. Can be a little windy being close to the Mersey. It is nicely located just away from the City centre to have some quiet at the end of the day. We were made to feel very welcome by all the staff, the rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed, I thnk they could do with a refresh, but this did not spoil our stay."
