Ok, but not perfect

Apartment was clean and well equipped. A couple of things, I paid the extra to check in an hour early as I was that side of the city and needed to go across town soon, but wasn't sent the code, so I had stood outside for 15 minutes not able to get in. Had to contact them again yo get the code which they sent straight away, so I think they had forgotten to send it. Also, I had asked for the ground floor but was put at the top which definitrly wasn't ideal with all the stairs. It was ok for one night as I was hardly there but not sure I'd stay again.

very near to city centre. Didn't like: poor communication by the host. If you are booking as last minute, better to avoid as the check in is complicated. Instruction given via email not correct as i had issue with the wifi connection. Need to call multiple time and sometime will not answer the call. Found the water inside the kettle left over by previous tenant. The kettle not cleaned.

Decent hotel, absolutely terrible management staff

This hotel must be managed by some of the worst staff I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They forgot to email the codes we needed to access the hotel, and when I called to ask, I got bounced around and told to call at least 4 different numbers by 5 different people. One number I was told to call was for an employee who wasn't even working at the time. Another person insisted they'd sent out the information and thus couldn't resend it to though I looked in every email box AND checked Hotels.com for messages! I was bounced around so much that I was starting to suspect they were scammers. They didn't provide extra toilet paper (what hotel doesn't do that) or bath soap though they don't service the rooms daily. So when our partially full roll inevitably ran out and I called for more, no one came though they said someone would be there immediately. I called 3 times and they had the nerve say I could just go buy some from a local store. What the hell! Thankfully I thought to knock when I heard a vacuum cleaner running in the room above ours and finally got supplies. Thankfully the property itself was nice, though there are horribly bright lights that cast directly into the ground level rooms and make it difficult to sleep. Further the interior needs some TLC as there were exposed wiring in the hall ceiling which also had damaged and missing tiling.

Comfy, central but poor wifi

The room was small but functional. The kitchette could’ve benefited from an extractor fan. The bathroom size was great. The desk was paired with a single sofa chair which didn’t work but we were given a high backed chair on request. We weren’t proactively given additional towels and toilet roll. The place was quiet & central. WiFi was abysmal. Thankfully I had my work dongle.

Stayed here many times and always pleased with the accommodation. On this occasion it was a very cold night and the plug in radiator was not adequate for the size of the room. The main radiator did not work.

High ceilings, spacious rooms, wide staircase all typical for these traditional buildings. Rooms had everything you would need. Kitchenette is a bonus to have, private bathroom with shower only - all in good working order. Not 5* surroundings or furniture but neat, tidy, clean and perfect for what we needed. Location was fab for us. Would definitely stay again.

Much like other reviews, check in was not a very smooth process, especially when I’m a foreign traveller trying to not use my phone. Wifi was super limited and everything had to be done over the phone. 50euro deposit. Check in arrangements (codes, door numbers) i was told could not be done ahead of time. Room key didn’t open apartment door for me but they were quick to redirect me to another room. Definitely really loud at night but nothing headphones won’t fix- bring headphones!!! Have a local phone helps too. Room did the trick. I needed this location to be close to an appointment i had but otherwise would opt for the convenience of a hotels front desk staff readily available

There’s no reception so had to call and get codes for a key box. Was not secure as anyone else who stayed in that apt would have the codes. The room was spacious and very clean, but smelled badly of strong cannabis. The shower was weak and difficult to control temp, but there were loads of clean towels left out.
