"Booked in advance so good value. Plenty of free parking; registration plate is required with check-in. The man on reception was efficient and friendly. Hallway to room was clean and smelt fresh. Room had desk, two chairs, storage/hanging space, TV, was clean, neat and tidy with comfortable beds. A kettle with coffee tea facilities were provided. Shower was all good but the loose toilet roll holder was annoying. It’s in services so some food/drink facilities available. Less than 10 minute drive...

"Reception The staff on reception went out of their way to make our stay exceptional. We travelled to Braintree to celebrate my 80th birthday as our family is somewhat scattered, with our eldest daughter living in Braintree. We had booked 3 rooms and the wonderful reception staff allowed my daughter access to each room to leave special gifts for us and balloons in my room.
