"Disappointed having to drag luggage up the external stairs - nice to have access to elevator inside whicwas out of order by checkout next morning. Staff on hand to help carry luggage out though. "It was a great location close to the shops but the room had no toaster or microwave. When I said I had requested those 2 things they told me to use a kitchen which was located upstairs and because I have mobility issues I wasn’t able to access the kitchen"
