"Lovely hotel by the water in Ballina. Ask for a quiet room as some rooms have bad sound proofing and you can hear guests in the next door room. Staff were very helpful and put me in a quieter room. Lovely views of the water. Spacious rooms too in a good location."

"The room smelt absolutely disgusting we had to change cabins the stench was unbearable and unacceptable there mouse crap in the cupboards the cabin was not cleaned properly you also have to catch a ferry over the to the place which we didn’t know.
