The Hyatt isn’t what it used to be. It may have been in an older room on the 11th floor but there were parts of the carpet that were a little sticky in the bathroom floor was sticky as well. I had to wipe it down. There was also long brown hair on the outside of the toilet basin. Got an early check ...
