I thought the location of this property was great. Ubers are all around the area so it was easy for transportation. The facility was clean nice and very easy to get used to.
The area has near-by stores (convenience stores, pharmacy and restaurants). It is also only a few minutes away from Metro stations. Communal amenities and room are as described. The host is always in constant communication, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Don't use Google maps to find this place, use the email and really check the instructions as you can easily miss this place, but saying that it is in a fantastic location, only 5 mins walk to 2 different metro lines, including a direct one from the airport which is really cheap and handy. Bakery opposite is amazing. Yes the beds are hard but we put the quilt on top and covered with the bottom sheet which made a difference. Highly recommend this apartment complex, was really great stay for our wonderful time in Lisbon
Arriving the the location was a bit challenging as there was construction and no signage indicating the building but upon arrival we found an elevator and secure entry to the facilities and our room. Room was a bit small but it had a kitchen microwave and fridge. Bathrooms were well clean and nice. Location is nice and near more residential side. Not too near central Lisbon and within walking distance of many shops and metro. Overall enjoyed our stay here. Would book again.

This was overall a lovely place to stay. However, some advice for future travellers: the entrance can be hard to find, I messaged before to ask for advice and they sent a photo which helped a lot. We stayed in room 2 “inspiration” which was very nice, the shower and kitchenette worked well. The biggest issue was that the dryer was broken and when I asked when it would be fixed they said in 2 months… so do not rely on it being in working condition. The washing machine also only works between 8am-10pm, it’s not broken but there are no signs so we just had to figure that timeframe out. Other good things were it’s about a 10min walk from San Sabastio metro station and the ingles mall. The area feels safe, even at night - we were also told it is a nice “non-touristy” area. There are little breakfast places around the corner, both ways down the street.

Overall, I will rate this experience as good even though the checkout time was earlier the 11:00 stated on the Expedia website. Also, there is musty smell in the building but this seems to be common for several places in Portugal. At the time we stayed there was construction but it did not affect us significantly either than the horrible view from the window. There is no human interaction. Everything is through WhatsApp. The location is pretty good. Metro is very close by. The neighborhood is very safe and nice.
We stayed 2 nights in the room ‘Happiness’ and it was beautiful, the bathroom is small but has everything you need and is modern and clean, the windows in the room are cute during the day but the only downside is that the blinds don’t cover the roads light completely so when we sleep the room is orange and still bright. There’s a fridge, microwave, sink and safe in the room. The pillows are very comfortable but the bed is really hard and has a big wood stand in the middle of the bed where you can’t sleep, we didn’t mind that much but if sleeping on a good bed is important to you it’s def something to consider. Other than that the owners were very considerate and nice, they responded quickly to ours questions and demands while being comprehensive. It’s located next to a park, a grocery and a lot of restaurants so def a good location, it’s also easy access to down town Lisbon, there’s a metro at 7 min walk that takes you to the end of the Lisbon île in like 10 min for 1,30€ . Would recommend!
We stayed in the wisdom room for a couple days. The place is amazingly well equipped. In the main room - spare bed, good AC, massive wardrobes with hangers, a safe. In the bathroom - big powerful shower just don’t accidentally overfill the basin! In the room kitchen - dining table, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, utensils, dishes. Everything else you could need in a main kitchen which was spotless. Really nice vibe with subtle decorative touches. Don’t let the exterior put you off the inside is absolutely lovely. Plenty of room for 2 people. 10 minutes or less from buses, underground and train as well as shops and loads of restaurants. Would definitely recommend!
The location is nice but a little far from main attractions. Also, please make sure to follow the instructions for the check-in, it will help you tremendously.
Clean room, air conditioning works great, room has a mini fridge and microwave if needed which makes it great for cold drinks if needed. 1 shower towel per guest was not enough for one week. A lot of options for dining out and about a 10-15 minute bus or train ride to city center.
The rooms are clean, well maintained its much better than a hotel , they have a complete stuff you need in the room, the hosts is excellent, i will always refer Guest house trip2 Portugal to all my friends, relatives doing tourism here and looking forward in the future to stay in Guesthouse. God Bless .
Surprise deposit requirement. Had to give credit card info to some random website. Daily emails threatening charges if rules violated. 5-6 tries required to get codes to open the doors. (They stick) No extra towels but no towel racks. Scary entry but once you walk up the stairs and enter the suite area it’s fine. Room was tiny but functional and clean. Good neighborhood. No human contact. Poor soundproofing.
I hated it from the time we arrived, the smell to damp was permanent upon entering the room. There was no natural light as the window faced an inner courtyard with a lot of pigeons which did not feel healthy. All the unions of the tiles in the bathroom were black with grim. The worse part was the bad dreinage in the shower cabin, even though we reported it over and over it was not fixed. It was very disgusting to have my feet in the middle of the stangnant water every time I had a shower and have to shower very quickly to prevent flooding the room.
