"The grounds are beautiful and the facility was clean and well-kept. Staff members were pleasant. We would actually consider staying there in a different room but the white cabin with the thatched roof was awkward and uncomfortable to the point that we left after one night even though we knew we wouldn't get a refund. You can tell from the photos that some of the description is inaccurate (It's just one bedroom and doesn't have a private pool though there is one pool for all guests to share.) but...

"My family and I stayed here for 6 nights and had the most amazing time! The property is absolutely gorgeous, peaceful, and just the right amount of isolation in the mountains. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, always checking to make sure you're having a great time. The excursions were fantastic, we highly recommend the white water rafting! "Check in time was at 3pm. We were there at 3pm and were told to wait for two hours for rooms to be ready. It was raining a lot and we were not offered an alternative but to wait pretty much in our car or go back later. We were 6 people with kids and elderly, waiting for a room for two hours in the rain and not alternative but to come back or wait in the car while it is raining heavily should not be an alternative.
